Baptism Preparation Class Information

The Baptism Preparation Class is offered once a month on a Saturday morning from 10:00am until noon at the school conference room, Rm 1313 on the right immediately through Door 2.

The class is required for parents/guardians.

If you have attended a class within the last three years at St. Odilia and are an active parishioner, you do not have to repeat the class, but are most welcome to attend. Godparents are not required to attend but are warmly invited.

The class can be taken before or after the child is born.

I understand that if I DO NOT give St. Odilia permission to use photos or videos of my child(ren), I need to send a labeled photo of each child to the Faith Formation Office. St. Odilia relies on the generous donations of our parishioners to provide scholarships for families in need. Would you like to donate?

Thank you for filling out this form! After you have completed the baptism preparation class, you will be contacted to schedule a date for your child's baptism.

If your child is 7 or older, he or she will be baptized and receive his or her First Communion and Confirmation at the Easter Vigil as part of OCIC.

If you have already taken the baptism preparation class within the last three years, a staff member will contact you soon to schedule your child's baptism.
